What this app does

LabelDock generates barcode label PDFs from the inventory shipments a store receives. It reads inventory transfer, shipment, product and location data from the Shopify Admin API, with read-only permissions.

Data we store

• The store domain and the authentication session Shopify issues.
• Label preferences: default template, fields shown on the label, font size, extra label line, price format and barcode fallback.
• Print history: which shipment lines were printed and in what quantity (shipment IDs, SKUs, counts) — this powers the no-duplicate reprint feature.

Data we never collect

We store no customer personal data of any kind: no names, addresses, emails, orders, or payment information. The app does not request any customer-related API permission.

Data sharing

Data is processed and stored on Railway (railway.com) infrastructure. We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.

Data retention and deletion

When you uninstall the app, authentication sessions are deleted immediately. All remaining data for your store (settings and print history) is permanently erased when Shopify sends the mandated deletion request, at the latest 48 hours after uninstall.
